Customer support person for an hour or two a week

I need someone to reply to emails and do simple tasks such as cancelling Stripe subscriptions when requested.
There are only 1-2 hours of work per week at the moment.
I want someone who is willing to use 10-20 minutes every day or every second day so that the customers get a quick response. They typically just want to have their subscription canceled, which is easily done in the dashboard you get access to. Other than that, it's probably the same 2-3 different questions that come in by email.
I want someone who can see themself do this for several years to come.
