Customer service in ROMANIAN - 8 hour / day work
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
I am in need of a freelancer to provide phone support for my customer service needs in ROMANIAN.
Skills and Experience:
- General customer service skills are sufficient, industry-specific knowledge is not required.
- The freelancer should be fluent in ROMANIAN and have excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is desired.
- The freelancer should be able to handle phone inquiries and incoming e-mails and provide assistance to customers.
- The expected workload is 8 hour / day, every working day is needed.
Important:
You'll have to check the emails and missed calls from the previous 24 hours once a day, in the early afternoon. If there are no unanswered e-mails or calls, no task to do = nothing to bill that day.
If there are some missed calls, you have to call them back - I provide dialer.
If there are some unanswered e-mailes, you have to answer them.
