Help me recruit Customer Service Staff , job location in Cambodia.
Duties AND Responsibilities:
· Meeting service performance and transaction standards for Customer Service and striving to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Answer telephones; provide positive initial contact and follow-through to meet requests or solve client's concerns, as well as “upsell” when opportunity arises.
· Handle client's correspondences (i.e., voicemails and emails).
· Record payments, withdrawals and deposits and deliver the appropriate forms to the Data Processing Center for processing.
· Provide instruction to callers on how to deposit or withdraw online.
· Research and solve client's issues.
· Provide information to units, members, clients and prospective members on current programs.
· Follow up on rejected payments transactions.
· Outreach to donors on fundraising matters and demographic information as required.
· Complete short-term assignments.
· Other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
· Operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organization, computer, communication, and technical skills are required with a high degree of accuracy.
· Manage a recurring services process which includes sending notices of expiration, renewals, and billing.
· Provide excellent customer service via phone and email with respect to request for action, order entry, expediting, lead times, billing, and documentation.
· Coordinate with regional sales teams, reps, and internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
· Process online credit card transactions.
Qualifications
· 0-2 years equivalent experience.
· Ability to work with both professional staff and volunteer leadership.
· Familiarity with and/or willingness to adopt new technologies.
· Ability to transition easily from one activity to another.
· Ability to multi-task, managing multiple concurrent projects, while meeting deadlines under pressure.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
