The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering and making calls to potential leads, using a general script, FAQ, and questionnaire to guide conversations. While this role does not involve providing legal advice, fluency in both spoken and written English is essential. The candidate must have the capability to record their calls for quality assurance and training purposes. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet and able to adapt swiftly to unexpected questions from leads. This position requires a fast learner who can handle a dynamic work environment. The role offers 32 hours of work per week, operating within the US Central Time Zone.
