Position Overview
We are in search of a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to manage our customer inquiries. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring we maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service. Given that we receive daily inquiries ranging from package tracking to service details, this role requires acute attention to detail, timely responses, and a good understanding of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to an average of 10-12 customer enquiries per business day.
Efficiently handling commonly asked questions using preset templates in Zendesk.
Addressing specific concerns such as package tracking, pricing inquiries, concierge service details, and resolving issues about damaged or missing packages.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and thorough responses.
Working closely with internal teams when needed, to fetch or provide specific information.
Regularly updating oneself with any changes in the company's services, policies, or procedures.
Position Requirements
Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
Familiarity with support platforms, preferably Zendesk.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously, ensuring tasks are completed within set timeframes.
An understanding of the package forwarding business would be an advantage, though thorough training about Jetkrate will be provided.
Reliable internet connection as this role is entirely remote.
