—Job Description—

?Remain online during your shift, promptly responding to customer inquiries within 5 minutes.
?Communicate with customers through various channels, including personal messengers (Line, WeChat, Viber, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Skype, etc.).
?Resolve customer complaints.
?Develop a thorough understanding of our products to address customer questions effectively.
?Process orders and requests.
?Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to manage daily operations.
