Hello there,
I am looking for a dedicated customer support person who is good with emails and has experience in this field.
Your job will be to check emails daily and answer customer queries directly.
You will be working with templates and given structures to handle queries in a timely manner.
You need to:
- Have experience with Shopify (Checking Tracking Numbers / Orders / Editing Orders)
- Have experience with Gmail
- Know how to handle requests and work in a team
- Be able to work on demand
