Roles include
(1) Interacting with Prospective Customer Over E-Mail , Whatsapp and phone Calls to complete the. sales process
(2) Interacting with Customer Over E-Mail , Whatsapp and phone Calls to Clear his bills
(3) Interacting with Customer Over E-Mail , Whatsapp and phone Calls for support issues
You will need to interact with our Sales Support and Finance Team for same.
Looking forward to people having experience in Customer Support for both Pre and Post Sales.
