You will have to answer customer enquiries before booking.
After you make a sale, you need to submit the job in our system.
You need to answer customer enquiries after booking, coordinating it with our team.
You need to deal with customer complaints when they arise.
You would need to create an account in a courier marketplace called Shiply.
We will assign you a region of the UK to work on.
You need to create a work email and open a virtual phone number.
We will open you an account in our system, so you can interact with, when needed.
