Customer Support Assistant with Dutch and German

Geocare Support is looking for a customer support assistant to join our multilingual global team.

Here’s some of the details:

- answer live customer support calls and emails (9-5 CET Mon to Fri)
- must be fluent in Dutch and German (French is a plus)
- relaxed work volume, easy tasks, supporting and friendly work environment. Daily workload compatible with other projects you are working on.
- should have past customer service experience, great manners and phone etiquette and be trustworthy and self-driven
- need fast and reliable internet / latest generation desktop or laptop
- applicants should be looking for a long-term collaboration
