Customer Support Agent For Czech Republic

We are looking for Monday - Friday Customer Support associate to call clients and to verify orders and addresses in Hungary as well as to make proposals, offers and upsells .

Daily activity: about 40 calls a day
- To check and confirm orders
- To verify addresses
- To offer promo packages and make Upsells dew to a chart table with rates;
- Good Payouts

Requirements: Native Czech living in Czech Republic
- Experience in call center, clients, customer support, sells
