I am looking for a freelancer to provide email support for my business. The ideal candidate should have general customer service skills and be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email.
Excellent English is a must.
2-4 USD per hour dependant on experience
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
The workload is expected to be less than 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
