Customer Support

I am looking for a FEMALE customer support from INDIA, specialist to provide phone-based customer service for my business. The estimated number of customer inquiries I receive on a daily basis is under 10. It is important that the customer support agent be fluent in English. This role would require the agent to answer phone calls and emails from customers. The successful applicant should also be able to capture and maintain detailed records of customers’ inquiries and resolutions. This is a long-term, part-time position.
