Customer Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for a customer support team member to help our users with
questions about our apps during weekdays & weekends (daily 8-hour shift,
40-hour workweek)
- Outbound support
- Answering questions about features and documenting any technical issues and
passing them on to the development team
- Creating support tickets for dev-team
Only SOUTH AMERICAN CANDIDATES are qualified such as Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia và Colombia.
Prefer 9X since this does not require too high a requirement.
