Skills and Experience:
- Tech-savviness, with the ability to learn on the job, efficiently search for information, and seamlessly switch between various tools such as domain registries, cloud platforms, databases, and communication channels
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Essential to possess problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in creating and organising spreadsheets, particularly with VLOOKUP functions
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
The ideal individual must be proactive, motivated, and with a knack for interacting with customers. Being a team player who can multitask efficiently is a must for this role.
