We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to make our customers feel special!
Daily duties include:
- Responding to all comments on our social media platforms (eg., Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.,)
- Manage social media direct messages across social media platforms
- Engage with other influencers' content
- Answer to inbound customer service emails
- Sharing with our team latest feedback/concerns of our customers
