Hello, I am looking for someone to help me with customer success, specifically with onboarding new customers. Currently, I do not have any strategies in place for customer retention and I need help with creating these. The successful freelancer should be experienced in designing customer onboarding processes as well as have knowledge of customer retention tactics and strategies. You should be able to analyze customer profiles to identify new opportunities and develop marketing plans to succeed in increasing customer loyalty. I am looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who can clearly communicate the customer's value proposition – both internally and externally.
