A major crypto exchange, Bitget, is looking for full-time Customer Service specialists in the following languages:

- Malay
- German
- French
- Portuguese
- Japanese
- Spanish

Crypto experience is very preferred.

Job Description :

• Provide customer service

• Field inbound support live chats, emails , telegram from users about our product offerings

• Liaise between department to resolve problems

• Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes

• Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology

• Use problem solving, analytics, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions
