Customer Service and Virtual Assistant -- 2

90% email and 10% telephone.
We are a growing online retailer seeking a new team member to help with Customer Service.
Our product line is performance car parts, but you do not need to have knowledge about the products. I am a friendly person who treats employees and contractors with respect, and our customers are far more patient, polite and rational compared to the average consumer.
Hours: four hours per day, Monday through Friday (MST / GMT -7). Hours are guaranteed. Training will take four days via telephone/screen share, and will be paid. The ideal candidate will be an individual person who plans to perform this job for at least a year.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills (English), basic computer skills, and the desire to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks such as the following:
Handling shipping errors and out of stock orders.
Responding to customer questions by email and telephone.
Modifying online orders by customer request or due to out of stock items.
Placing online orders for customers who call.
Responding to customers and order issues through EBay and Amazon.
We have our own customer service/ticketing/email software system that is operated through your web browser. Must have ability to place and receive phone calls to United States. Must have, or be willing to create Amazon, EBay and Facebook accounts as they are necessary to access our own accounts.
Critical note: it is necessary to take an aptitude test online before any agreement is made. It takes about 30 minutes.
