About Vermut and the opportunity
Vermut is a community marketplace of unique experiences for seniors. The market is huge and no-one is paying attention to create an overall solution for the pains and desires of our older adults. We are building ‘the place to be for seniors’. The company started operating in Q4 2020 and now we are planning to expand to Spain and Europe, scaling fast and building from the bottom-up.
You will be responsible to deliver the WOW experience to the client (in our case, two: Users clients and Partners clients). From all the processes and teams behind the experiences of those clients, you will be on the front row attending and understanding what the client appreciates and what we should improve. You will be the key piece to ensure we’re delivering a WOW experience. As we are still a tiny company, although the position will report to the Operations department (giving service to the client and monitoring your improvements), you will also be in touch with the Sales department (to help the acquisition of new partnerships) and the Marketing department (to help gather insights).
Ownership
Attend and give solutions to our two clients: Users clientes and Partners clients.
Monitor your Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and improve your numbers.
Improve the Help Center and the processes behind an excellent Customer Service.
What we are looking for
1-2 years experience in similar roles.
Exceptional communication skills, empathy and patience.
Fast learner and proactivity to execute in teamwork.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great written spelling.
Previous experience with Zendesk, AirCall or Google Sheets as a Plus.

The hours will be counted by the time of call or ticket resolution, we need a freelance person who’s available to answer the requests that are not arriving in a big amount in the schedule 17h - 21h M-F and 24h on weekends (Spain time).
