Customer Service and Support Representative

We require a fluent English Speaking Customer Service agent, with experience in dealing with Freight forwarders and Customs Agents to extract information, and then be able to update our Customers regularly with the progress and status of their orders from overseas. Since the Pandemic, shipping has been delayed and we need a competent person that is able to keep abreast of all orders being imported. It isn't a full-time position for now, but may well develop into one within 3-6 months.
