The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This position is an Inbound Customer Service position for travel. On a day to day basis, agents can expect to participate in the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Inbound phone. Handle support questions via phone,
• Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers.
• Interact with customers via phone focusing on booking new reservations and assisting customer's on existing reservations.

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Desktop Computer (Dual Monitors Required)
• Windows 8, 8.1, 10, or window's 11.
• USB VOIP Headset
• USB Flash Drive

Full Time/Part Time Available
Starting pay rate: $10/hr
All Shifts Available
Training provided
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours/wk.

**TRAINING IS FROM 01/04/23 - 02/08/23
**Agents will earn a fixed rate of $25 per week for the 4 weeks of training from 01/04/2023 – 02/08/2023.
And then from 02/09/23 going forward agents will earn an hourly rate of $10/hr.
**After training, Agent will go from a fixed rate to an hourly rate of $10 per hour.

**Training times/days: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. E.T. and 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET.

**Long term work is available!
