Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, team-player who is tech savvy, detail oriented and loves customer service! Employee will Schedule and dispatch workers and service vehicles for conveyance of passengers, while providing exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers. This position requires strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail and a strong desire to work with people. It also requires being comfortable with technology, using multiple software programs/platforms simultaneously while communicating with customers and team members.


This is a remote, work from home opportunity!

Duties include but not limited to:
Confirm reservations for transportation using telephones, faxes, mail, email, and sms
Accept payments
Answering customer calls to assist with quotes, questions, needs, or complaints.
Determine whether vehicles are available on dates requested by customers as well as checking
Answering drivers calls to assist with their trips.
