Customer Service Representative

You will be providing a high standard of customer service to our external and internal customers alike in an accurate, appropriate and efficient manner.

Actively attend to, resolve and if necessary redirect customer enquiries (telephone, in person {counter}, via electronic media or written) within appropriate levels of responsibilities and training.
