Customer Service Rep Over the phone

We're looking for someone who does NOT have too thick of an accent to answer our phones from 7am-4pm PT
This is an auto-glass shop, so the potential rep would be answering the phones and quoting customers based on a pricing system that we've created. Responding to emails is also part of the job. Calls must be answered immediately, and emails must be responded to within 5 minutes.
