What you'll be doing:

In your home office customer service job for Canada, you will help customers from home via phone, chat or email. The focus will be on customer support and satisfaction. Your responsibilities in a home office customer service job may include the following:

Answering any end customer questions via chat, email or phone
Conducting informational phone calls about our products
Handling complaints and processing refund requests.
Your core working hours would be 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
