Customer Service Calling Executive
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of an efficient and experienced calling executive who can handle outbound sales calls in a professional manner. Your key tasks will consist of:
- Making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all the calls made in a given day.
Your role will primarily focus on surveying customer satisfaction. You will be interacting with our customers for feedback regarding our products and services to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
