Customer Service /Assistant Bilingual Spanish and English

I am looking for a customer service / assistant to assist me with my customer engagements. This dynamic individual will be proficient in Spanish and English, with the primary responsibility of email management. My customers will need support through email, instant messaging, and the phone so excellent multi-channel communication talents are a must.
