Customer Service Assistance - Insurance business . Work from Office Andheri East Mumbai

This is a six month project from our office in Andheri East - which could extend to a permanent position if the candidate performs well.

We are working on an insurance project and need two experienced people in handling customer service specifically in inquiries response. The insurance project focuses working with Life & Health insurance, agents. Hence, knowledge of this industry is preferred.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience in customer service, specifically in handling inquiries
• Experience of insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficient in managing insurance-related procedures, inquiries, and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi along with problem-solving abilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers, answer their inquiries related to the insurance products
• Provide clear explanation on the details and benefits of each insurance product
• Support in set process for handling all customer inquiries.
