Customer Service Agent needed for daily ecommerce website plus other daily business tasks
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
Customer Service Agent required 2-3 hrs per day x 6 days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday - AEST time STARTING AT 3 pm AEST - Up to 12-18 hrs each week.
- Customer questions
- Your main daily tasks will be entering Product SKU into orders and communicating with customers about order information.
- Keeping databases up to date along with other daily tasks via google sheets.
You will need previous experience with order management, Shipstation, Magento 2, eBay, Amazon and Customer Service (Zendesk/Freshdesk), google sheets or very similar software to the above.
You should be trustworthy, experienced in the above with a good level of English.
We pay monthly at the end
Must be willing to be monitored by Monitask time tracking and keep above our percentage level
