Customer Service Agent for Shopee and Lazada
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Requirement:
-Prior experience in Shopee and Lazada, written English proficiency preferred.
-Preferably able to commit from 9am-10pm, otherwise 9am-5pm (GMT+8).
-Monday-Sunday/ Monday-Saturday/ Saturday-Sunday.
Daily tasks includes:
-Reply to all customer enquiries, <= 30mins response time.
-Administrative work
-Platforms management
There will be a short test on platform proficiency and customer service skills. Successful candidates will be offered the project which lasts for 2 days and a full time role will be offered for satisfactory performance.
Monthly Compensation: USD 200-300
