Customer Service Agent for an E-Commerce Shop
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are currently looking for someone who can help us engage with our customers and handle customer service. Your job will be to engage with people through email and live chat. (It would be preferred that the applicant has prior experience using Gorgias or Zendesk.) We are looking for people who are genuine and will not condone to inappropriate behavior.
Skills You Need:
- a good understanding e-commerce and how it works
- fluency in English
- an authentic, outgoing personality
- knowledge on skincare products is preferred
What You Will Do:

- you will send us a daily report on customers
