We need a fully Remote Sales Advisor/ Customer service for jewellery shop in the UK.
The main responsibility is to:
- Be on live chat and emails responding to clients inquiries and questions.
- Booking clients for for in-store appointments and or there items booked in postage etc.
- Excellent English and communication skills is needed.
- Previous experience in jewellery is essential.
- Working from Monday till Saturday from 10am to 6pm UK time.
