Customer Chat Agent (Mon-Sun, 5pm-10pm GMT+8)
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
Flexible role, you are allowed to take on other assignments as the workload is minimal.
Written English proficiency preferred.
Daily tasks:
-Simple Chat Enquiries
-Platforms include: Shopee, Lazada, Facebook etc
You will just have to look out for new chats on the program (average 4-5 new conversations per day), and respond within 30mins. When there is higher workload (average more than 10 conversations per day), we will increase the compensation accordingly (up to SGD300).
We are offering <SGD95 per month for this role as a starting pay.
