Customer Care Representative
Budget: €1,200 – €1,800 EUR
I work in the HR & Talent Acquisitions team at Bidoo Limited.
I'm looking for a customer care representative who's able to speak spanish and italian at a native level, who can work 40/44 hrs weekly, 5 days out of 7 on a weekly rotation and in different slots.
Her/His responsibilities will be to manage large amounts of incoming tickets, identify and assess customers’ needs and respond promptly to their inquiries, process orders, forms, applications, and requests and anything related to customer care.
