We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to provide customer service and support to our clients. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various email, phone, and chat channels. This is work from an office job, you will have to relocate to UAE and work from the UAE office.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• Once selected, the candidate must be willing to relocate to the UAE.
