Croatian AND Slovenian Customer Service Phone Support Needed

I'm seeking a freelancer to assist with customer service phone support in Croatian AND Slovenian. The support primarily involves addressing general inquiries.
Key Project Details:
- Type of Issues: The phone support will primarily handle general information requests from customers.
- Hours: Support is needed for 4 hours a day, 6 days a week (one weekend day is needed).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Croatian AND Slovenian, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly handling phone queries.
- Capable of providing clear, concise and friendly information to customers.
