Create questions for support representatives
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need to test large amount of customer support candidates so I want to create a bank of hundreds of questions.
Each question consists of a situation a support rep may face with a customer and 4-5 options for expected behavior from the rep. Only 1 answer should be correct (you can find 2 examples attached).
Ideally, we need to create a bank of 200 questions, so we need freelancer/s with experience in B2B or B2C customer service.
