Your role will include the following responsibilities:

- Answering customer questions about the functionality and usage of the cryptocurrency wallet app
- Assisting customers in setting up the wallet
- Resolving customer issues and technical questions that arise
- Establishing long-term relationships with customers and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing feedback to the development team to improve functionality and user experience

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with customers and handling their requests
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
- Technical literacy and ability to quickly understand new applications and software
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments
