Looking for someone to call homeowners and either tell them they are due money from a foreclosure OR ask if they are wanting to sell their property
We pay a hourly of ($5 per hour/25 hrs per week) PLUS 25 cents bonus for "each lead" sent. All bonuses will be paid at the end of the month. Weekly pay will be paid at the end of each week ( Saturdays by 8pm eastern time)
When applying, please send a sample of you voice on VOCAROO.COM saying
"Hello, I was wondering if you would be interested in selling your property?”.......Could you tell me a little about the property?......Does the roof need replacing?.....How much are you looking to sell for?.........Is that the lowest you are willing to go?.....Ok (person name) If we buy it without any repairs being done to the home and we offer you all cash with no loans, can you go lower on the price?
