What Will You Be Doing?
You will be onboarding new clients
You will be organizing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
You will be communicating with clients regularly via Voxer
You will be conducting live support calls
You will be researching and analyzing prospect data
You will be driving real revenue and having fun while you do it
What Skills Do You Need?
You need to have excellent communication skills
You need to understand human psychology, sociology and most importantly people
You need analytics and data management skills
You need to have some knowledge of the financial services industry (not required)
We are looking for motivated graduates with strong customer support experience and training.
