Chat Support for Online Software Company
Budget: $2 – $5 USD
Do you have at least 3 years experience providing live chat support to subscribers of online software? If not, please do not bid. If so, this job may be for you.
If you have not provided live chat support for online subscriber based software, do not bid on this project. Online shopping websites and telecommunication companies do not count as online software.
Starting out we are accepting bids for $2-$5/hr (based on experience) for 30-40 hours/week for the foreseeable future. Most people will start at 3/hr and work their way up. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term job, not someone who is on here each week looking for something new. If that is you, do not submit your bid. Meaning, we are looking for a long-term relationship with you. We want to provide you a stable job that you enjoy and one that allows you to develop your talents.
I need to know that you are able to follow instructions so when you reply, answer ALL of the following questions. Any proposals that do not will be declined (regardless of how impressive your resume is).
--How many years experience do you have with live chat support?
--Do you hold any type of certification?
--How is your written English and comprehension? (You will not take voice calls.)
--Do you have knowledge of the construction industry?
--Do you currently have any experience with accounting software? If so, which one.
--What are the minimum and maximum hours you can work each week?
--Between the hours of 7AM - 4PM EST (Monday-Friday), which time are you able to start your 6-8 hour shift?
--Do you have any experience with CRM software? If so, which?
--Do you have basic technical knowledge (how to clear cache, open tabs in new windows, etc)?
--Do you have experience with WordPress?
--Have you worked remotely from your home before?
--Have you been a team leader or supervisor before?
Do not submit a bid if you are doing so on behalf of an agency as it will be reported to Freelancer.
When you submit your bid, start it off by saying this, "I have read the full details of your project." If I do not see that string, the bid is removed.
