Call Center Agent for Weekdays

Hello Freelancers,

We're looking for a customer support agent to join our team.

Duties:

- Taking Calls
- Helping customers to place orders
- Helping customers to locate their packages
- Solving issues with customers
- Order Status
- Follow-ups
- Reporting damaged orders to the warehouse
- Answering emails

Experience in sales calls is a must.

Time Zone: Atlantic Standard Time

Monthly payment: $450 USD

Working Shifts:

Mondays and Friday

- From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

This is EXCLUSIVELY for a long-term position.
