CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (SOCIAL MEDIA REPLIES / EMAIL REPLIES)

Do you like hanging out on Facebook and Instagram? With over 450k followers on our social media platforms, we get A LOT of DMs and comments. We're looking for a customer service agent than can provide support to our social media team by responding to DMs and comments, as well as customer service emails. You will also perform outreach jobs like transcribing feedback from customers in surveys.
This is a position with upward mobility and a potential to grow in hours, as well as hourly to salary. It's a great entry level gig where you can learn a lot about how to make a fan into a customer, as well as how to handle influencers.
