CSR with American accent for heavy workload

looking for a customer service rep, (virtual / remote / from home) CSR with American accent for heavy workload. Must speak clear English with strong verbal grammar. Must have at least 8 hours availability per day for heavy workload. Job responsibility includes filing, project management, client handling, phone service, and virtual office duties.
