Bilingual Turkish-Arabic Virtual Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a small but growing company that specialises in interior decoration and finishing services, and I now need steady support in both Turkish and Arabic. On a typical day you will switch comfortably between the two languages to:
• Translate offers, invoices and supplier catalogues so my partners and clients always receive clear, native-level documents.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries on WhatsApp, e-mail and the phone, answering basic product questions and escalating technical ones to me.
• Keep simple administrative records—updating price lists, logging payments and scheduling site visits in Google Workspace and Excel.
Fluency in both Turkish and Arabic is essential because many of our suppliers are based in Turkey while most end-clients speak Arabic. A solid grasp of décor-related terminology (paint, gypsum, fixtures, etc.) will help you turn around translations quickly and respond to customers with confidence.
Deliverables I will review weekly:
1. Translated documents returned in the original layout.
2. Customer‐support log with response times and outcomes.
3. Updated administrative spreadsheet, error-free.
If you are organised, responsive and can show previous experience handling bilingual support, I would be happy to start with a short trial and then move to ongoing collaboration.
