Seeking proficient mortgage loan processor, ideally with experience in conventional, FHA, and non-qm loans. Spanish and English speaking.
Responsibilities
-Take a file from under contract to closing
-Gather conditions, order outs, communicate with borrower as needed, submit to underwriting
-Working with all web based platforms and software, wholesale lending
-New Jersey and Pennsylvania
-100% remote
Speed is most important, touching each file under contract as much as needed to close ahead of schedule.
The successful candidate will need to be proactive, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the loan processing landscape are essential.
