Bilingual Customer Support Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a hotel remote reception virtual assistant to handle customer support primarily via voice or video calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish as these are the primary languages of our customer base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Remotely receive guests who come to the hotel front desk to handle business via video or voice
- Remotely guide guests to operate the hotel self-service check-in kiosk
- Remotely operate the hotel front desk self-service check-in kiosk program to help guests check in
- Remotely help guests solve common check-in problems
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Experience in customer support
- Proficient in handling voice or video calls
- Excellent communication skills
