Appointment Scheduling and Customer Support for Airbnb

Our agency is running a real estate project and you can be part of it. We’re looking for a sharp, organised people to help regular private owners cover their rent and support our Airbnb clients to enjoying a great holiday/work abroad experience.

Your Role
• Find suitable apartments within our locations
• Schedule appointments for your team with the owner to go over details
• Respond to guest inquiries within a short time period

* When finding new apartments, find them as a regular person, through regular platforms (not airbnb platforms or similar and not through agencies).


Application Task
As part of applying, you’ll complete a small task:
finding 6-11 apartment options based on specific criteria– see attachment.

Requirements
• Warm customer support
• Great attention for details
• Well organisational skills with various guest status overview
