We are looking for enthusiastic and conversational female specialists to join our team for CatKats, a growing Random Chat App. The goal of this role is to foster a lively community and increase platform engagement by initiating and maintaining interesting conversations with male users.
Key Responsibilities:
Active Interaction: Maintain an active presence on the app and engage in real-time text chats with male users.
Engagement Driving: Start friendly, respectful, and engaging conversations to encourage longer session times on the app.
Community Standards: Ensure all interactions remain within the app’s community guidelines while keeping the tone light and entertaining.
Feedback: Occasionally provide feedback on app performance or user trends to the development team.
Requirements:
Strong Communication: Excellent conversational skills and the ability to keep a chat flowing naturally.
Availability: Must be able to commit to daily sessions (timings can be flexible but consistency is key).
Smartphone & Internet: A reliable smartphone and a stable internet connection are required.
Gender: This specific engagement role is open to female applicants only to balance our current user demographics.
